The whirlpool was good but jets could be much stronger. The black office chair was very old worn and faded. I told the young man at the front desk, bathroom lock was loose but no one came to repair.

worst experience here ended up needing to get a refund and couldn’t get that and it was a whole fuss over the rooms and very dirty. Took me 4 plus hours to find a place to stay since all of the hotels were booked, and all i asked for was for maintenance to come and look at the room and for them to clean the room properly without seeing the previous persons belongings. Won’t be here again.

I have never been more disappointed to stay in a hotel in my life. Start to finish was an aweful experience. To start, they mist a professional photographer being doing there work for rooms, because the difference was drastic. Booked a room with a jet tub, which was later found to be broken. In hindsight, the staff knew it was broken. As we were checking they were trying to find our room, and i heard the receptionist mutter under her breath "well what room do i give them?" to her coworker. Then proceeded to mutter some to one another things i couldn't understand as the smirked at the screen. As you can probably interpret, the customer service was awful. Key cards had to be reset 3 different times. Front desk attendants gave us attitude every time we asked to fix our key cards to get back into our room. Back door to the parking lot wasn’t working. Pool was shut down. Refrigerator was dirty. It looked like a previous guest spilt red wine in it and no one cleaned it up. Probably why I got an extra charge on my card. No dressers for clothes. No desk in the room yet there was a desk chair. Nothing great about this place. Will not return

Do NOT stay here!

Absolutely horrible service, disgusting hotel, found a hypodermic needle in my room after coming back from work, someone tried to get in my room at 530 am, people selling drugs in front of the hotel, disrespectful staff and even after I explained these issues they ignored my requests for help. Will never stay here again and will make sure the 100+ contractors I have coming in the fall don’t either.

The staff did not fix broken things in the room. Lied about sending someone to fix them. They were rude. We will never stay here again and would discourage anyone else from staying here. Stained carpeting, stains on the walls, unpleasant smell. NO NEVER AGAIN.

Toilet was clogged, the multiple receptionist we brought it up to said they didn't have a plunger, which was clearly bull, and were in no rush to solve the issue. It wasn't until the next day when what looked like the manager (?) opened the Janitor's closet and found a plunger immediately after talking to him about it. 😐

music from the bar was loud enough to keep me awake until 12 or so. then was awakened by loud drunk people running down the hall yelling at 2 am. made a long day of travel starting at 6 am longer.

My experience was not the best at this Radisson. There was a long wait at check in and the breakfast option was pretty sad. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. My main issue was the staff. Our keys didn’t work so we had to go back to the front desk and there was no one there. We waited for like 25 minutes until somebody showed up. The place felt rundown. Also, WiFi didn’t work, there were no phones in the room so we couldn’t get in touch with front desk. Place felt neglected. The staff better do something before this place goes out of business.

The room was clean, otherwise the staff denied a late checkout request, it was as if they always deny the late checkout because I told her my room number and then she said it’s too busy for that but didn’t even try. I also asked for an iron for my room to 3 different people and none of them could bring me one before I checked out somehow.
