「We had an issue with our first room and Elijah, the night auditor at the front desk, was so very helpful. He helped us out and moved us to another room, without an upgrade charge. He was very customer friendly.」

「I had an incredibly terrible experience in this hotel. When I asked the receptionist of the hotel whether or not I can have toothpaste, by talking to her, saying "Excuse me," with a calm voice in a polite tone, she was a little startle by being talked to. Surprisingly, she yelled to me, "You scared me!" with a quite angry and unpleasant face and gesture. I was in fact surprised that she got angry, since what I said is just "Excuse me" quietly and politely. So, I said, "YOU scared me." Then, she...

「このクラスのアメリカのホテルの中でも、部屋は広めです。 従業員が不在の時間があり、電話で呼び出す必要があることが数回ありました。」

「周囲になにもないところです。レストランも夜は週末しか開いていないそうです（と、言ったと思います）。　ただ、売店は２４時間やっていて、簡単な冷凍のピザとかパニーニみたいなものなど売っていて、お部屋には電子レンジやコーヒーメーカーなどもあり、夜遅く着いたのですが、飢え死にすることはありませんでした（笑）。ホテルのスタッフはみな感じがよかったです。ご飯たべたければ、向かい側のほなじマリオット系列のホテルのレストラン・バーがやっている、と言われましたが、向かい側といっても歩いて５００mですからね〜 (x_x)　電子レンジにしました。滞在型のホテルなのでしょう、食器もそろっていました。ただ、建物と建物の間は屋外をあるかないとたどりつきません。これもVilla（別荘）ですから。」
