"We found several stray hairs throughout the room after every cleaning. The breakfast was not as good as usual and most of the hot food was lukewarm. Drury has been a favorite in my family for 20 years. This location was previously in our top 10 hotels but it fell short on the last visit. Hopefully, it was just a one time deal."

"The night lady "1030pm" was extremely sick coughing and spreading germs all over not sure if it's related but both my kids are now sick my daughter has a medical condition and we needed to use the bathroom she said it was locked and then slammed her stuff down and bagged the walls all the way to bathroom because my daughter had to use the bathroom The next night sat we went to dinner and the door front was locked me and 3 kids had hands full couldn't get to my key my son ran into the sliding door cause it didn't open she stood there for a few minutes and wouldn't open door then a nice guy came behind us and opened it she said sorry didn't see you when in fact she did as she look when my sons head hit the window she is very disrespectful and does not deserve to work at a front desk I will be filling a ADA complaint for violating my daughters disability and calling the health department as she is spreading something to people and should not be at work in that condition dealing with customers She was extremely rude and I talked to the morning lady Allison 3x and asked to speak to a gm or manager When I checked out they wouldn't give me a print out cause I paid by Expedia even though $150 was charged by them I have staked at multiple Expedia booked properties and never have I had this kind of experience horrible customer service The breakfast even free is not good Freezing Cold pool not enough towels and they guard them along with toilet paper the lights in room too locked"

"The home is beautiful. We enjoyed the backyard pool and hot tub and putting green. It’s very spacious and nice to have all the bathrooms for a big group. Couple things needed: never did get our door code to work. Just went through the garage which was ok. Kitchen water gets Luke warm at best but the rest of the house has good hot water. The French doors on the upstairs bedroom pop open when the air conditioning turns on. It looks like the top of the French doors used to have a latch, but it’s not there anymore. Despite these little things I would go back again as it is a great place to stay. The hiking trails right outside the property were also great! When back in Arizona, I’ll definitely see if this property is available! "

"The air conditioning was not working in room. We had to switch rooms at 11pm at night and then whole reason for staying there in 108 temp was use the hot tub and pool but the water heater was broken. For the price, it was too many problems. Otherwise, the staff was helpful to try to make it nicer. "

"The house for us was just great. We are four golfers who come to Arizona each year and we are not high maintenance for what a house needs to provide since we are gone most of the day, but for us this hit the mark - four bedrooms, clean, comfortable, quiet, working hot tub and nice outside to have a cold beverage at night.The owner was super responsive to questions. We raised a few maintenance items (nothing that impacted us), and Diana was quick to reply and advised they would be addressed. We would stay again."

"Had a great stay. So many close restaurants, although the kitchen was fully stocked with any tools/appliances you could possibly need. Beds were so comfortable, I’m thinking I need to replace my own mattress with a similar one. Will definitely check to see if this home is available when I next return to the area."
