"When i arrives to my room, it was a mess! The bed was unmaid, showing stains on the mattress. There were dirty dishes in the sink. Roaches!! Crawling around and crawling by the fridge. Dirty wash clothes hanging from the shower curtain pole. Dead bug on the tub wall. NEVER again. And i havebpictures and videos. Not good at All!"

"The grounds of this resort are absolutely stunning. The adult only pool is open late till 11. The dining options were awesome in room. Dining was super easy to order. All the staff were very friendly and the rooms were kept very clean.
This is a large resort built on a hill and if you have issues with mobility, the staff provide golf cart services to get you around the resort. I highly suggest making a reservation at different points of view restaurant. The service, view and food were phenomenal.."
