「The only positive note on this property is the cleanliness of the room. Stairwell is totally neglected since we used it because the elevator runs at a very slow pace. Everything in the room is of the lowest quality, from the sandpaper TP to the towels and the shower head that is extremely dated filled with calcium and I could not stand under to rinse. Upon arrival the man at the front desk is as welcoming as ornery bear. On the last day of the weekend, I ask if I could have an extra hour for...

「I think your dates are one day off as shown on the left side of my screen. I checked in September 20, 2025 and checked out the following day on Snday September 21, 2025 as such. Young man at the office was polite and helpfull. I stayed in room 301 and there was a strong unpleasant odor in the room, which is true of almost all of the old hotel rooms in North Wildwood. Bathroom sink was backed up from the very beginning and the hotel staff had to have known this and did nothing about this. ...

「Good area near beach」

「 Room was clean , water was hot, it there were was after the season ended, so it looked like many rooms were being redone. Good location not a bad walk to beach, but kind of far for children. Nice people.」

「Unfortunately I can give good rate to this property because the room was dirty. The bed was clean and comfortable. I hope the staff can do better job cleaning the rooms. I don’t feel comfortable giving this rate but I have do write the truth. The tv only has few channels the cable company does not have a lot of options. 」

「Had a number of issues when checking in, the keypad doors never seemed to work over the few days, and wonderfully there was no one at the front desk that could help. Most of the time it was locked, and you have to text or call a random number? Room service spent less than a minute in the room to pull out the main trash while dropping 3 bath towels and a garbage bag (while removing all the wet hand towels, bath mats, wash clothes, 3+ bath towels). It was awesome to have to try to hunt them down...

「Beautiful place to stay. I will be staying at the Lokal again. Short walk to beach, stores, restaurants....perfect location. If we needed anything, just a text away. Place was clean and I especially loved the heated pool. Nice balcony with table and chairs. Washer and dryer was a plus. We stayed with 5 people and having two bathrooms was a dream come true:) Thank you for a nice time away. 」

「Great staff. Beautiful room. A nice surprise was afternoon Tea and Sweets and the wine and cheese before we left for dinner. A 2-minute walk to the beach. A short drive to the outside mall. We would have used the complimentary bikes and beach chairs, but the wind had no part of that in mid-March. Breakfast was amazing, different everyday. Beautiful 」
