「Host was very responsive to questions & requests & provided extra blankets just in case it was cold. 」

「ダウンタウンまでの交通など場所の立地はよいので便利。ただ、バス停からかなり階段を登る必要がありスーツケースだと移動が厳しい。 あと、利用までにクレジットカード登録をし、追加のデポジットや清掃費かかるのと、パスポート写真提出、セルフィー提出などがあり、かなり面倒。 それらが嫌でなければ、コスパは良い。」

「Always my favourite place to stay in Seattle every time I come down for a visit. Beds are comfy, check-ins are easy, and it’s very clean and homely.」

「Don’t be fooled, this is not a “suite”, it is a tiny room with a bathroom. The property is a large “home” with multiple different rooms and paper thin walls, so if you’re lucky like us you might get another guest who likes to slam the fridge door, microwave, or their shower door at 2am. Also note that the kitchen is a shared kitchen, which has limited mentions in the description, so this is not exactly a private stay. The kitchen had an odd smell, from everyone’s food and the free street parking...

「Great if you just need a bed and a shower. Needed a deep clean. Affordable but IMO should have been cheaper for the level of standards. Customer service through messaging was good and prompt. All said, I probably would stay there again if money was tight.」

「When we rented High Point we wanted to make sure we were within walking distance to Seattle Chinese Garden/Astra Lumina. We were literally right across the street to the entrance of the Chinese Garden. The house was very clean and nicely done. Bed and pillows were very comfy 😌 」

「宿泊施設がある環境は、とても良く、施設そのものもとても綺麗で使いやすい施設です。ただ、チェックインの際に、事前にパスポートの認証が必要なことや、depositで $200が必要なことなどが、事前に説明がなかったので、チェックインの際に、とても困惑しました。現地のアメリカ人の方も同じように困っている方もいたので、外国人の私たちにとっては、さらに手続きのハードルが高いと思います。その辺りは、もう少し改善の必要があると思います。」
