"Such a cozy place to stay! The owner is so polite and attentive. Parking was pretty easy to find and was secure. There are a ton of shops and restaurants near by. It’s in a really convenient location. "

"The room was clean and comfortable. Good size for a single queen, with a couch, table, and chairs that many venues are doing away with these days. Larger fridge and microwave than at most motels. Can't beat it at the price."

"Plus - spacious rooms, well appointed, lovely photos and furniture. Very comfortable. Minus - Basement! AC closed off, no access to yard, dark space and not as described on the site. Correspondence was slow and unsatisfactory. Overpriced. Also, the Ardvark process was circuitous and not transparent."
