The property is very good, clean has everything essential a traveler needs. Vince was very engaged, and he was communicating with me all the time, making sure everything was OK with my stay. I had a bad surprise in the beginning, when I found that in order to receive the entry code, I have to submit a copy of my ID card (front and back), selfie and my credit card number. This was not mentioned when the property was booked. I am not comfortable giving such information to strangers.

A nice suite with condiments in the kitchen. Makes me feel like coming home after a day out. Good coffee supplied and a nice sharp cutting knife ready to make dinner. Other little things around that make it feel like a home. In winter take warm cushy socks as the door opens to the living room and makes it cool on the floor. Not able to control heat, but it was at a temperature I liked -maybe not for others? I will look for this place again when needed

We had a great stay! The room was nice, clean, and affordable, making it a great value for the price. The owner was very helpful, accommodating, and always available whenever we needed anything. The room was also located in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood, which made our stay even more relaxing. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay!

Was a little concerned to stay here because I saw some bad reviews but I stayed at this property for 5 nights and as a young solo female traveler I felt completely safe here and would love to stay here again when I come back to Seattle! It’s a cute little property with everything I needed, the other guests were quiet and respectful as well. It’s in a great location with many restaurants and bars nearby and even a grocery store which was very convenient. Host was extremely communicative and let...
