In addition, a person experiencing homelessness had set up camp beside the garage entrance, which made each trip to and from the car...

Permit street parking was easy to find nearby. The location can't be beat with multiple buses to downtown available just around the corner, and restaurants, grocery stores and the Seattle Center within easy walking distance. "
