"The staff was great, from desk personnel to cleaning staff. Wonderful people. The rooms were exceptionally clean. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi left a lot to be desired. Slow speed, frequent disconnects, and stuttering performance made the visit frustrating. If you have any online meetings, video chats, movie watching on a pad or phone or laptop, gaming, etc --you are entirely out of luck. This is extremely unfortunate in 2026. I won't book this location again but that is not a reflection on the good people working there. "

"My sisters and I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. The room was very clean and the view was great. We got there early and our room was ready! The location was also nice. Two groceries store in walking distance and very close to the Seattle center. The only thing I didn't expect and was kinda of bum out about was Starbucks not being downstairs. I've stayed here 2 other times and it was just nice to go there to get a drink and snack. Over all a great stay and I will definitely be coming back. Thanks to the whole staff!!"

"Clean room. But there was only a lamp by the left side of the bed, not right, and no lamp by the chair so you couldn’t sit in the chair and read. There also was an end table next to desk! It was like they saw a space and had an extra piece of furniture and stuck it in! lol. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the hotel is clean and in a great location. We will be coming back for sure! "
