「Comfortable quiet stay!」

「I stayed here for 6 days as part of the crew of a sail racing team. The apartment was really convenient for walking to the marina, downtown and to tourist attractions like the Space Needle. It was a very peaceful relaxing space and the kitchen was great for preparing simple meals. I can highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again.」

「Not only was the view over the sound toward the white capped mountains amazing but the aurora borealis put on a great show as well. Hosts were welcoming. Apt was clean with sunset light on the patio. Bed was comfortable And the kitchenette had the necessary staples. Location was great for me with adult kids in west Seattle.」

「This is a nice unit a short drive away to main attractions. It's nicely renovated. It's small but makes good use of the space. It's an older home so you hear your upstairs neighbors, as is typical in a vintage house. The price was right for us and it was a great place to stay.」

「We have stayed at Ron’s before and loved it. This is a new apartment in the same building. Everything is great. Two cautions for older viewers: the apartment door is fifteen steps down from the street level and the shower is in a deep tub. We had no problem with either (ron installed a shower grab bar) but better one should know. Ten day stay was relaxing and comfortable. We will be back.」

「A big thank you for your exceptional hospitality. The studio was for perfect for my week long stay in Seattle. Cosy and quiet in a beautiful forest setting with all the amenities you could ask for. Comfortable bed, hot showers, great communication though out with easy access on arrival and during my stay. Super convenient to I5 & Seattle. I loved watching the squirrels from the window over my morning coffee!! Overall a great experience.」

「We had a cozy and comfortable stay in this studio apartment. The king size bed was super comfortable! The kitchen was complete with everything you might need for a few meals in. The garden patio was huge and private. French doors opened onto it, making the whole place feel spacious and bright. We will be back!」

「Was a bit smaller than I anticipated:; more pictures would be helpful. But it is close to the airport and the neighborhood is safe and other than airplanes are very quiet. The property manager was very helpful and very easy to get a hold of they have put TLC into their small space adjunct to their home. My rating would be 4.5 just as a few more visual details would be good.」

「My friend and I recently stayed 5 nights here during Comic Con. It was nice to have a quiet spot after a busy day of activity. Parking was great in the alley. The living and kitchen area are huge and very comfortable. We cooked a few meals very easily. Bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. Perfect for 2 couples or 2 friends who need their own space! Lots of stairs to suite…but great rails in place. We had a some trouble with the door code at check in, but got super fast help from...

「It was a really sweet area, perfect walking distance from some good lunch spots, beautiful gardened neighborhood. It was quiet, the other guests were hardly seen and never heard. Host was very organized and communicative. Check in was super easy and secure. Bed was very comfortable! Thank you 😌」
