「As a fellow VRBO owner, I felt the ID requirements and such were a bit much. I felt like it was a TSA Pre-Check situation...and I have TSA precheck. The insurance and deposit should cover the owner just fine to avoid this concern. The stay was pleasant and the place was spotless. It was some good downtime, even though it was a work trip. Vince, the owner, was very quick to respond and helpful.」

「Host was kind and accommodating, with that said it’s under the hosts house so it’s noisy and the noise lasted until around 11:30…. Nothing crazy just some dogs and doors slamming , I think they were grilling out. I have no problem with the activity except started at 9:30Pm and went on until nearly midnight. I have two kids with me so it was not ideal in my situation. House was set up great, yard was fabulous, parking was lovely, hot tub I did not swim in although I brought my own chemicals it...

「Everything is just perfect. Nothing to complain except one thing which is the cleaning fees for two nights is overpriced and crazy. Also, the pots and pans need to change. That’s all. 」
