「This is a quiet corner of Seattle, great location with a beautiful view of the Space Needle and the monorail. Sweeping views to Queene Anne from the roof. Parking!! Breakfast at the 5 Spot (iconic) around the corner. Pastries from La Parisienne (award winning) around the other corner. 」

「We stayed for over a month while husband was getting cancer treatment nearby. Was convenient for us. Unit was clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and felt safe and secure. Check in and check out was simple too. Would recommend this unit to others.」

「Bright, tidy, clean, comfortable, well appointed and walkable to attractions. We did not have a car so parking was not an issue. There were signs of homeless and addiction but we were never approached or felt threatened. Lovely Thai restaurant next door for a special dinner. Building was safe. 」

「What a perfect location! The apartment is within walking distance of so many Seattle attractions, and very close to several public transportation stops. If the weather is good, the rooftop space with picnic tables and chairs is a gem, with a great view of the Space Needle. The unit is on the corner of the building on the top floor, so we never heard the neighbors. Our host was exceptionally responsive and has an online guide with great info on the apartment.」

「We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great, a quick walk to Pike Market, Great Wheel, a corner market and many dining options. As many past reviews have stated, it is quite loud but we knew this when we booked and came prepared with ear plugs and left the fan on for white noise. Everything we needed was there - plates, wine glasses, utensils, coffee, creamer, filtered water and personal hygiene products in the bathroom. Tastefully decorated too. Couch wasn’t the most comfortable,...

「A lovely historical building in downtown Seattle. IT was beautifully upgraded, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Ashley was kind, and delightful to interact with. She provided clear instructions about check in and check out. I will definitely stay here again!」

「Great apartment in an excellent location. It worked well for our family. Right near the Space Needle and some fantastic food and coffee options. Lovely roof terrace with city views for dry days! Parking was also a huge bonus for this location. Responsive host if you need anything. Check in was a bit awkward as it involved picking up a key from a remote site 15 mins drive away (fine if you have your own transport but be aware if you don’t). We would certainly book here again.」
