"The best part of this hotel was the pool, hot tub and sauna. All are available for free access by guests. You dont need to pay for access to the spa to get access to these amenities. Convenient location walkable to Seattle center and pikes place. Would definitely stay again!"

"Upon checking in, the customer service we received could definitely benefit from some refresher course as to be more courteous and accommodating. The check out was more pleasant and guest friendly. "Overall my stay was good. Upon check-in I was told my room wasn’t ready - and this was at 4:00 pm. I had to wait until 5:30 to get my room, which I thought was very unprofessional. Being that check in is at 3:00 I’m, I didn’t feel that this was fair. The room was nice, the neighborhood was also nice - not ideal with no car. I didn’t eat here but the menu looked decent. "

"My room was gorgeous and very big. Loved the decor. The two gyms were small but had everything you need! The staff were very helpful and friendly. Be ware of the added 28 per night. They do have some offers to help offset it. Thank you for the great stay. I'll be back. "

"Our first time at this hotel, and we loved so much. The room so clean, staffs are super nice and friendly. Hotel location so convenient and walking distance to pike market and restaurants. Highly recommend and definitely will comeback next time when we are in town."
