This was my second stay at the Level. All of the staff I interacted with were top notch. The rooms are so comfy and amazing. I was a little disappointed this time with the cleanliness of my room. The cupboards had food spilled on them and the window sill had spilled drinks. Everything else was very clean.

Had such an amazing stay here — honestly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The front desk staff were super welcoming and friendly, which made a great first impression. The amenities are incredible. Tons of saunas and steam rooms, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, and even cold plunge tubs. It’s such a great place to relax and unwind. Location is also very convenient, which is a huge plus. Everything about this place just felt easy and comfortable. I’d 100% come back and would definitely recommend it.

So many amenities. Basketball court was a particular hit. Climbing wall is very cool but could use some additional maintenance as holds at the top (admittedly accessible only to experienced climbers were noted to be somewhat loose).
