「I stayed almost two weeks. The location is great. I could reach the U district station, bus stops and various cuisine places on foot. The room was very spacious. The staffs are so friendly.」

「4泊した。全体的に気に入った。また利用してもよいと思った。古い建物で雰囲気がある。メンテナンスはよくされていると思う。4階のフリースペースは同行のメンバーとのミーティングに使いやすかった。近隣にリーズナブルな飲食店が多く便利である。 問題点は2つある。（１）エレベーターがないことだ。フロントは4階にある。20キロのスーツケースを体力のない者が自分で持ち上げ、そして下ろすのは非常に辛い。腰痛や呼吸困難に陥る。（２）笑顔で対応するスタッフはもちろんいりが、こちらが挨拶をしても無視する女性スタッフもいる。アジア人が嫌いなのかもしれない。」

「I don’t say this lightly, this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It was very quiet, private, and the location is great for exploring Seattle. The interior is modern and clean. I felt like I was at home for the entire week. Parking was super easy. There are coffee shops within walking distance. The hosts were excellent communicators. I would 100% stay here again. 」

「The property was amazing. Things I didn’t like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that 」

「This was very spacious for just me. You could probably fit 3 people comfortably in this spot. The neighborhood parking is on both sides of the narrow street, so I am thankful that there was also a parking spot by the garage. This spot was perfect distance from the venues I attended over the weekend trip (10 - 18 minutes). There is a gas station a couple blocks of a walk over as well, and to get back on the highway was super close too. I like that there was a washer and dryer in the bathroom...

「Spencer was a fantastic host for a great property. This house is in a quiet, safe neighborhood, near downtown, UW Village, and Seattle Children's Hospital. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there was lots of space to hang out inside and outside. There were good walkable destinations, and most of Seattle was within a 10 minute drive. As I said, Spencer was a great host and communicated quickly with us when needed; we had to change our departure date, and he was totally accomodating!...
