You'll also enjoy perks like a shared hot tub on the deck and views of Washington Lake and the Seattle skyline. This studio suite is part of a larger house but is separated for privacy.

    Tennis courts, playgrounds, and city views are just down the street at Aubrey Davis Park.

    Swimming and fishing in Lake Washington a mile-and-a-half east at Luther Burbank Park, with local shopping and dining a few blocks south. Both downtown Seattle and Bellevue are just over five miles away, putting both cities' restaurants, storefronts, and museums within reach.

Very clean room. Very punctual and responsive property management company. The property is large and amenities close by. Mercer island is wooded and gorgeous; however, the streets are steep and hilly. Be advised that it isn’t a quick walk to the LRT station. It would probably take 30-40 minutes to walk to the station. The restaurant area is nice, but be advised lots of places close early (8-9pm) due to the islands primarily residential compliment.

This is a very nice stay for a solo traveler or a couple wanting a cozy and romantic getaway. It is compact but comfortable and the views are incredible! The hot tub was great — I used it every night! Everything is clean and communication was good. I didn’t have any problems. Would definitely stay here again!My only issue is that the downtown is not in walking distance (1.5 miles). If you have a car it is a quick drive but I think it’s important to know you will either walk a long way or need to take a Lyft to get to the light rail and coffee shops. But the light rail and the coffee are great! I strongly recommend Macrina Bakery. And the light rail is safe and takes you to all the main areas around Seattle.

I stayed here for a weekend by myself and it was a very pleasant experience! The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is in a nice and quiet area as well. Highly recommend for single travelers or couples.

Fantastic location

Fantastic location near Seattle and Bellevue. We were here for Seafair weekend and would definitely recommend. Space that is just big enough for 2 with a lovely rooftop deck and hot tub.
