  • Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. No need to waste time looking for parking around the area when you can safely park in our covered garage! We have one parking space for compact vehicles only ($35 / night). Please contact us if parking is needed. There are several convenient alternatives nearby. Additionally, there are parking garages in the area that can accommodate larger vehicles. I recommend checking out the Seattle Convention Center parking garage or other public garages close by for more spacious options. NO smoking and vaping is allowed within the property. Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty of $50 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without a refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy (6 guests). I hope you have the best experience possible at our home, and we look forward to having you stay with us!

Great location as we were attending a conference and the walk was easy! The place was as described, and was comfy and provided what we needed for our trip! Ricky was a pleasure to deal with. We did not need parking but it was offered to us. The rooftop spot was perfect after a day of conferences. We had great weather so it came in handy! Easy walk to Westlake Station so take the light rail from the airport to save money! Would definitely stay there again if we go back to Seattle!

Our stay was perfect! It was so easy to get here from the eastside. The instructions made everything so simple and convenient. Parking was safe, the location was ideal for our needs. Two block walk to dining and the Paramount. Everything was clean, nice and comfortable. Enjoyed lounging in front of the large screen tv when not traipsing around downtown. Will choose Ricky’s again for all things city center Seattle!

Everything went smoothly, was only three blocks away from the Paramount theater. Where we attended a show. Was given a code to get into the building and from there everything else was a breeze, only thing, it would have been nice to check in before 4:00pm but we made it work. We paid $35 to be able to park in a secure lot below our unit which was worth it

The host was very resposive and resolved the issue regarding the parking lot. The unit was nice it is just a bit old. We just have a hard time to bring all our things up way to 9th floor. But over all i was satisfied with the host.

Easy check-in, good communication. Walk to Pike’s market & other attractions. It was an easy drive to baseball stadium. Condo had everything we needed and was very clean. There is parking for an extra fee, but spaces are very small. It can be difficult to get in if all other spaces are occupied. Overall, a great place to see Seattle.
