Host was extremely communicative and helpful, answering all my questions quickly, kindly and accurately. Location was perfect for our time at the convention center.

The host was very resposive and resolved the issue regarding the parking lot. The unit was nice it is just a bit old. We just have a hard time to bring all our things up way to 9th floor. But over all i was satisfied with the host.
