"They have eliminated the in-room coffee - tea makers and mugs. They offer “complementary” coffee in the lobby only from 4AM to 7 AM! That’s when the restaurant opens so you can BUY to-go coffee or tea. Ridiculous!"

"Easy to get to from SeaTac by taking the Link. They also offer luggage hold until the time of your checkin. Made it perfect for us to drop off and explore. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. "

"Our room was clean and the staff was excellent. My only regret is not using the available amenities offered. I do suggest planning meals and transportation accordingly as most of the local restaurants are limited and there’s a lot of hills and etc."
