「Very little parking. Checked in late due to road closure delays. Room keys were oncounter but front desk woman was clearly not understanding her job. Had to continually remind her of who I was. Had to stand in cold outside at midnight waiting to check in. Room was filthy with hair clumps on clean towels on shelves. Dirty socks from previous guests on floors. Pretty shabby for $250 per night!!」

「This property didn't live up to the description or the pictures. The location was great, and having the parking option was a huge plus. The actual building was fine and the amenities were ok, but dated. The apartment had portable AC units that connected to the outside - they were coming apart, and there were open holes with air flowing inside the apartment. The towels under the sink were damp and smelled like mildew. The shower curtain was pretty dirty and smelled like mildew. The bathtub/shower...

「The location of the property and short drive to the airport is fantastic! We made this our home base for our short 3 night stay while we explored several areas around the city. The home was clean, organized and had everything my family needed. We definitely want to stay here again. 」
