"There was a line of about 20 people trying to check in and only one attendant, it's truly just sad for the employee and to have to wait over an hour to check in while you've already digitally checked in really sucks, we called for extra pillows and they never came such a beautiful hotel with comfy bed really needs staff"

Hotel staff service is average and our room was not cleaned despite us being out of the room from 10am to 6pm. No apology received when reported to the hotel front desk, but just a “I’ll let the manager know”. No water provided in the room."
