「Such friendly staff very cool place 」

「This was a beautiful property about a mile and a half outside of town, so it was very peaceful. The breakfast was delicious, and plentiful. The room was clean and comfortable, and even had generous bathrobes too use. I would stay here again the next time I am on San Juan Island!」

「These beautiful grounds and lodgings quickly became a destination resort for us. We were content to relax in the privacy of the exquisite gardens in silence. The hosts were so considerate; after serving a delicious home cooked breakfast they just retreated and we were alone to enjoy the remainder of the day. 「Staying here is like stepping back in time to a more elegant and refined era. The house is filled with antiques and has been decorated with great taste. It has a wonderful sitting area downstairs, and the bedrooms are whimsical and delightful. The breakfasts far exceeded my expectations. Maybe best thing of all is the proprietor, Holland. She is warm, engaging and thoroughly charming. My wife and I hope to have reasons to visit Spokane, again, soon, so we can stay here, again. 」
