Best Western Plus Tacoma Hotel

Best Western Plus Tacoma Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"This property was clean and conveniently located near the Tacoma Mall. While the surrounding neighborhood wasn’t necessarily the best, it did not negatively affect my experience at the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay, and the staff was extremely kind, understanding, and accommodating. Due to unexpected circumstances, we had to extend our stay longer than originally planned, and the staff was flexible and worked with us throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated their hospitality and would definitely recommend this property to family and friends visiting the Tacoma area."

"Great hotel! Not a super great location, feels a bit sketchy, however, you park in the parking garage under the hotel, so it is all locked up and feels safe. The hotel is really nice, lovely rooms, I have only good things to say. Breakfast was a spread! I was super impressed, I've never seen such variety and had such good food at a hotel before. When I arrived, the elevators were not working, so the front desk moved my room to a lower floor and gave me a room with a king size bed. They were very apologetic and texted everyone to let us know the progress and apologize again. I really appreciated this, they handled it very well. I highly recommend this hotel. Great service and it's a great place to stay."
