THE CONCERGIE ROOM ON 25TH FLOOR ONLY HAD A COUPLE OF FIG BARS AND GRANOLA BAR; HOW OFTEN IS THIS ROOM REPLENISHED? THE ICE MACHINE DOES NOT WORK, SO HAD TPO GO DOWN TO NEXT FLOOR TO GET ICE. TRIED TO CALL THE FRONT DESK, I FINALLY HUNG UP AFTER 10 RINGS WITH NO ANSWER, SAME THING WITH THE FOOD BUTTON ON PHONE. TRIED TO GET ROOM SERVICE, WAS TOLD THEY DO NOT PROVIDE IT EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE A RESTAURANT. THE ELEVATOR MAKES CLICKING NOISE ALL NIGHT LONG."
