We really enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn Express at Lakewood! The breakfast was delicious- biscuits and gravy, sausages, cereal, fruits. And it was very close to different dining options. It was clean and quiet too. Will stay there again.

Pool and hot tub being closed was a disappointment for sure, as it was part of the reason we booked here. Breakfast was good, just a bit bland. Room was extremely clean, beds were amazing, shower head could be replaced for $20 and be much better. Cable & tv are outdated. Body wash, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, makeup wipes, etc included is nice. $200 a night should get you a robe or slippers in my opinion. Overall, a great and comfortable stay with no issues.

A nice place to stay right off the freeway. The parking lot felt safe, the staff was nice and breakfast was decent. The room was clean and the beds were comfy with soft sheets. You will hear the freeway though depending on your rooms location.

Very attentive staff. Clean. Downside was the location. Looking out the window, dirty field next to the property. Train horns multiple times during sleeping hours. When we went to eat at The Denney's restaurant next door, a hood man was walking back and forth in front of the restaurant, approaching customers.
