「Folks … not a knock on the hotel itself but on Expedia. The Expedia app’s chat function does not work properly and the communication with the hotel itself in advance will be screwed up. Just reach out to the hotel directly and they’ll help you out with entrance details and such. Great place to stay when in Capitol Hill and environs. Happy to return !」
