「This is an adorable little unit, perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Excellent location, very clean and well appointed, and great host communication. However, since 4.5 stars was not an option, I gave it four stars because of the noise. The unit is in an old building with thin walls and creaky ceiling, and right next to the stairway. 「This was an exceptional place to stay from beginning to end. Alex and Jose are wonderful hosts and very responsive to changing circumstances that we encountered on our end. The view is fabulous, the location is right in the center of walking distance to everywhere downtown so we didn't even use our car! The beds are amazing, including even the sleeper sofa (which is unusual!). It is clean, well appointed and a delightful welcoming place for a Seattle sojourn. I would definitely stay there...

Pool is off property aways and towels have to be checked out at desk. $25 fee if not turned in upon checking out but front desk not open when we checked out so don't know if our return was credited back to credit card $250 deposit.」

「The condo is cute, and there have been upgrades. However, check in was confusing through Verbo. Once we finally got into the Condo, we discovered that there were no towels or wash cloths in the bathroom, it took 3 hours, of multiple messages to finally get them delivered by the housekeeper, who just left them outside the door without letting us know. On top of that, the gas stove only had two working burners. I was informed it was a "new stove," but they had done some remodel the week before and...
