「Cigarette smoke coming out of many rooms out into hallway, smell even coming into our room. Hallway also reeked of pee from multiple kinds of animals, as well as human waste. Loud yelling and banging at all times of day. The coffee machine in the lobby was broken for the entire stay and they dont have coffee pots in the room. Or hairdryers.
Automated check in kiosk did not work. Would not recommend.」

「I booked a Deluxe room with bath tab as non-smoking and paid more than standard room online and paid in advance.
But it was no bath tab and looked like standard room for me.
Also towels and sheets smells a little tobacco for me.
Before check-out time, my husband told the difference between our booked room and price but front staff told him "Expedia will sent us receipt" without apology.
They charged us extra and gave us small room, so I want to return the difference of cost to stay if...
