"The hotel was clean and nicely renovated. We had a 6th floor room facing the water which was great. The location is great if you’re planning to visit Seattle center. The only complaint is the elevators are very slow. "

"The hotel itself was overall okay. The room was comfortable and met our needs during our stay. However, the service was disappointing. The staff were not very friendly and did not come across as approachable or helpful. There was also a message offering recommendations, but when I reached out, I did not receive any response. During checkout on April 6th, the experience was particularly frustrating. We had six pieces of luggage, and despite this being clearly visible, a small taxi was arranged. The staff did not assist in resolving the issue or help arrange a more suitable vehicle, so we had to find a solution ourselves. Overall, while the room was fine, the lack of customer service and support significantly affected our experience."

"Our stay here was average, staff was constantly preoccupied with other matters when you needed assistance, wanted to charge $40 for early check-in called 2 separate times and was only told about the fee once. Butlers were unpleasant. One single elevator worked the entirety of our stay, 15+ minute wait times for elevator on the 16th floor. When you finally did get an elevator you were either packed in like sardines or had to completely wait for it again once it unloaded. "
