"We arrived at the property and it was under construction which was fine the check in staff was not friendly then we get to the room and the bathroom was not clean had rust and moldy looking spots in the tub and the carpet was coming up and there was a nail sticking up and we stepped on it multiple times "

"The hotel itself is awesome. However, my room had some issues. The showerhead was so clogged from hardwater that it just dripped water out and did not get very hot."

"Staff very accommodating. Does not hesitate to help. Central location. Close to link from and to airport and monorail to space needle. Very clean. The only downside is the noise at night from people on the street and ambulance/ police sirens."

"Comfy bed. Good check in process. Unfortunately down to just one elevator and a busted ice maker. So long waits to get to the room and a pain to get ice "
