"We stayed one week in a two beds room and the room is very clean with enough space, bright window and clean bathtub. The location is good we can walk to most of places in 10-15 min. The breakfast was also great and staff are all friendly and warm. It would be great if the reception team can explain more such as there are water supply machines so we didn’t need to buy water in the first couple of days (or you can place a notice somewhere in the room). Also We were guided to use a different elevator after check out and found it went to the parking exit that we didn’t know where to wait Uber with our four huge luggages in the rain. Other than these small things we definitely enjoyed the stay. Thank you."
"It was located in Bellevue, which is a safe area, and the price was much cheaper than other hotels around—which was super helpful! I saw some female solo travelers staying here too, so I felt very safe. The staff were also very kind."
