「The property was great and the communication with the owner super! Thank you!」

「Very functional & great location close to Seattle University!!」

「This property is beyond needing renovated. There was a stove top which didn’t work in my room. The lighting was so poor that I couldn’t tell if it was clean or not. I stayed there three nights and the only time I saw anyone was when I checked in. I didn’t see another guest, I didn’t see anybody at the front desk, I didn’t see any employees. I would have left, except the bed was comfortable and the shower worked, and I was only there to sleep.」

「Very safe neighborhood. Conveniently located near a Safeway. The room was comfortably sized for two people, and the bathroom was spotless. Shared spaces are well-maintained and on a separate floor from any living spaces.」

「Great location. Little inconvenient the separate bathroom but it was right beside your room.」

「Rooms were clean and the common area was a nice little add on. The area was around downtown so pretty close to a lot of restaurants and bars. Staff was super helpful as far as communication and questions go」

「I really enjoyed the location of the property because it was near all the cool landmarks.」
