「Beautifully renovated historical hotel with a super friendly welcome. Our room was spotless and really comfortable. There is some train noise during the night but it didn’t bother us that much (and would have been solved by ear plugs). The coffee and muffins from the bakery downstairs were sublime. 」

「The address was not right. It took me to a park. I found a second address and did walking directions and it took me to a neighborhood next to the park that did not have the address. I found a mail lady walking near by and even she couldn't locate it. They didn't answer their phone or text messages!!! Pretty sure it was a scam 」

Pros- location (close to groceries, multiple eating places, short drive to Seattle, Bellevue, airport); size, parking, family-friendly area Cons - no bedding was available for the futon or air mattress for the first night & the 5th person passed an uncomfortable night; housekeeper supposedly came daily but there was no evidence of it (trash not removed, dust bunny on floor); guest can't control thermostat; somewhat thin walls between...

「The stay was great and the room was just fine. Had everything i needed. Shopping and dining were walkable and there were plenty of options. I really liked the check in process. It seemed intrusive at first but it made everything super convenient when i arrived. The parking was the only down side but even that really wasnt to bad. I will definitely stay here again. Super affordable.」

「It’s a house with private rooms and private bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again, Seattle is very expensive and this location with free street parking (easy to find, even right outside the place) was a great price deal. Thank you Vince for getting in touch and making sure everything was ok. Only thing I didn’t like was that the fridge in the room was too noisy. The place is very clean and located in a beautiful neighborhood walking distance to great bars and restaurants.」

"The room was clean and pleasant. The amenities were well-prepared, and there was a coffee maker, which made my stay comfortable. However, there was no explanation about the deposit at check-in or check-out, which made me feel uneasy. Fortunately, the deposit was refunded a few weeks after | returned home, so I was relieved.
