Dont return emails or phone calls, no actual street address exists as far as I can tell, and mapquest will direct you to a park directly adjacent to the African American Museum if you try to drive to this "guesthouse". 「We had an amazing experience at the Boathouse. The water views are unsurpassed and we even saw bald eagles circling above the bay.
