"We did receive check in information until a half hour after we were supposed to check in. When we finally enter the place is freezing cold! No space heaters were turned on prior to our arrival & the pilot light was not lit so the stove is unusable. You also can’t light it yourself. The floors were filthy & there was filth & dust in the bathtub. Bathtub drain doesn’t work & bathroom sink was clogged.
