「The loft was lovely, well appointed and in an excellent location in the city between Seattle Center and downtown. Also access to garage parking is an added bonus. Excellent and prompt communication from the host throughout and to resolve a wifi issue. The shower also is excellent.」

The smart lock on the unit door did not work, and requesting new codes through the app did not solve the problem. I had to go back and forth with the host before eventually obtaining a backup physical key. The nearby parking-access door was also malfunctioning that day. 「Perfectly located apartment right next to the space needle. It was clean and easy to walk to the nearby sites. Getting the key is a hassle- even with the instructions it wasn’t clear and when I had issues with the lock box the person I called couldn’t help me (said she would call me back, waited 15 min) but I eventually figured out the issue myself. Parking garage is hidden with no clear signs. There was a container for coffee that didn’t last more than 1 day despite being there 2 nights. No...

「Great location as we were attending a conference and the walk was easy! The place was as described, and was comfy and provided what we needed for our trip! Ricky was a pleasure to deal with. We did not need parking but it was offered to us. The rooftop spot was perfect after a day of conferences. We had great weather so it came in handy! Easy walk to Westlake Station so take the light rail from the airport to save money! Would definitely stay there again if we go back to Seattle!」
