「Everything is just perfect. Nothing to complain except one thing which is the cleaning fees for two nights is overpriced and crazy. Also, the pots and pans need to change. That’s all. 」

「Modern and attractive with any amenity you may need for a longer stay. 」

「Check in was simple and the room was clean. We just needed a place to sleep and the room worked well. Just keep in mind that the room is upstairs so if you're traveling with luggage you'll have to carry it through the back yard and up the stairs.」

「We had a wonderful stay at this property. Host was very communicative and the unit was clean. It was very close to a bus stop and that was a huge bonus!」

「We loved this place!! One of the best views from a hotel balcony I have ever seen! Incredible!! Spent hours on my balcony watching the birds and the surf. So peaceful. Apartment was clean and had everything. It was just a little tricky finding the place off the highway because the sign has the English name on it not the Native American name that was online. Otherwise, totally awesome!」

「Great location and the place was very clean. The floor slopes a bit, so our heads were a little lower than our feet when we slept. A couple of blocks under the headboard would be an easy fix. We never did get the internet to work. Overall, this was a very comfortable and well furnished space in a lovely neighborhood.」

「Great proximity to T-Mobile Park, as we were in town for a baseball game. Super clean space. Enjoyed our stay!」

「We absolutely loved our stay here! It is in a lovely and walkable part of Ballard, a Seattle neighborhood we really love. Mario and Monica made everything about the property very clear and provided everything we needed for a week-long stay. If you'd like to use the bikes, make sure you ask ahead of time to confirm that they are ready to be used. Also, be aware that because this is a basement property, it does not get much natural light. But the backyard is lovely, the King bed was a nice perk,...

「Everything was great!」

「The house was clean , add all the amenities needed during our stay. 」
