「we stayed here last summer and had a great stay! this stay was very disappointing. the first room we were put in had hair in the shower, so we moved to another room. the second room had hair in the shower and sink, so we moved again. our third room also had hair in shower. ultimately, we didn’t say anything because we were just frustrated at that point but we will not be back. i hope they raise their standards for cleaning.」

「I really like the breakfast at this hotel.」

「A woman at the front desk wasn't nice at all. But other ppl working there was nice and friendly. Hotel rate is too expensive for Bothell. I would stay at cheaper hotel and just visit there. 」
