I had a great stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in downtown Seattle. The hotel was very clean, modern, and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The location is also perfect for exploring downtown Seattle. What really stood out was the customer service. Bailey was an absolute standout — incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure everything we needed was taken care of and truly made us feel welcomed. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made a big difference in our experience. Super convenient location, staff was friendly, beds were nice and firm but soft enough. Nice rooms. Only downside was the shower was super weak.
