Our favorite part of our room was the view it had an amazing view and everytbing was easy to figure out as well during our stay. Super close to bus routes as well so super easy to travel

The whole unit was very clean and appreciate all the amenities, shared living room area, fridge, and the toiletries that were provided. Great time spending my trip here, thank you! Host was very responsive and helpful. The bus was right across the street & helpful. If you do rent a car , street parking is hard to find unless you get lucky. But other than that, I really had a great experience at Harry Potter Suites!

If I had to do it all over again, I would have never booked here!!! The pictures are deceiving. Do better. 1.) yes parking is limited. 2 - 3 blocks away. 2.) The staff who answered the phone were very understanding. From the looking at the reviews I definitely see why they were not to be highly rated. I do give the benefit of the doubt too people too make my own decisions. 3.) The theme was Harry Potter. On our room we have three items that were out. A wall banner, a bathroom wall decor and the outside hallway had the 9 3/4. 4.) it took over an hour to complete the process to get access to the main door. 5.) It did state no elevator for ADA. However; there was no assigned parking even for ADA. We were advised if we parked in the private driveway we would be towed away. So walking the 2 -3 blocks was not an option. Then the picture’s of the inside made no mention it would be a three story climb up over 60 plus stairs When we reached out to the property owner’s the answering agent stated that the owners will only talk via the portal. 6.) When I called Expedia, for a follow up the agent called and stated no refund was going to be done. However; Expedia would give us 25$ voucher. 7.) We relocated to a different hotel that was very ADA compliant. 8.) We were here for a mother daughter getaway. The first night in town to have to come to a location that does not notify or post the lack of designated parking, lack of proper accommodations in where

Owners were so communicative and accommodating! Our room and bathroom was spotless and tidy. Front door and room entrance were safe and secure. Only trouble was parking and one outlet in the bathroom didn’t work but we had already been prepared from reading other reviews beforehand and found free parking for our whole stay and only were about a 4 minute walk away. The location was amazing we were able to walk or use Lime scooters into the downtown area for all of our activities! All around an unbeatable stay for the price! Would stay here again

I was kinda worried at first but everything turned out good. I was able to catch transportation easily but the parking is horrible it literally took me 30 mins to find a park and walk a good distance. I enjoyed all the amenities that were available and even caught a playoff game. Definitely will come back next time in Seattle.

Simple, no frills, budget-friendly accommodations. Perfect for a quick trip into town! The good: Clean room, comfy bed, hot shower, and great location, free street parking. The less than ideal: Parking can be a challenge, the small fridge in the room did not get cold, and no outlet in the kitchenette area to plug in the coffee machine, and the suite was noisy (conversations from the floor above, folks in the kitchen, the water rushing through the pipes every time someone used the bathroom). There are also a lot of stairs. Not an issue for me, but thought I should mention it. All that said, I'd stay again because the price is right and it's comfortable.

Close to central locations. Clean room, with convenient laundry access. The only complaint is parking but it wasn’t too big of an inconvenience because we parked down the road and rode the electric bikes and scooters so it helped us slow down and enjoy the neighborhood. Located in a safe, and peaceful neighborhood.

Room was minimal. 3 flights of stairs were hard on 78yo knees. The building was hard to find. Helpful locals said that many other visitors frequently stopped and asked where it was. Parking on Queen Anne Hill is notoriously scarce. Heavy footed people late into the night. Most annoying, however, was the fact that we couldn't find the ALCS Game on the TV. Hundreds of channels but no FS1? Why do I need Fox9 from Nashville? We ended up pulling out our iPad, opening the Spectrum app, and watching us lose something like 14-4 on an 8 inch screen.

First and foremost, Vince was an exceptional host! He answered all my questions completely & quickly. Our room was very clean. Even though we had to climb to the fourth floor with our luggage, Unit #5 had a beautiful view on a beautiful view. The cost was perfect for a few hour stay.

Not Sleepless in Seattle

We had an amazing time! Vince was very communicative and helped us add two nights when our plans changed. The rooms were great with a fridge, coffee maker and microwave.the bathrooms also had earplugs in case you needed them, we didn’t we slept like babies. The common area was perfect to hang out or work in or cook something up. Thanks and we look forward to staying again!
