We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean. As someone who went to explore a new city this was the a perfect stay. Public transportation was easily accessible and it was close to downtown. The host was attentive and quick to respond to any concerns I had. We only rented a car for one day so we were worried about parking but were lucky to find a space in front of the home but I can see why it would be difficult if one decides to rent a car for their stay. I would definitely stay here again if I visit again.

The place does not get the credit it deserves. If you read the description, then you know what to expect and this place definitely met expectations. It was in a very nice and safe location and the property was very well maintained and had a few very nice amenities (like a heated bathroom floor!). Yes, the room is small and yes it is a guest house, but you get a private bathroom. This was perfect for my friend and I who really only needed a place to sleep.

This was a perfect spot and room for my husband and I! Super cute, loved the view of the water/city and loved the shower and bathroom connected. Comfortable bed and appreciates the AC unit! Street parking wasn't terrible at all! You may have to walk just a bit, but honestly we got pretty lucky every time and we left often to adventure out! Thank you we will stay again and recommend to others!

I would recommend this place if you are looking for a place to sleep only and not have your own transportation. Parking is extremely limited. Some nights there were weird smells that I could not pinpoint what it was. However, it was actually very clean 👍

Our favorite part of our room was the view it had an amazing view and everytbing was easy to figure out as well during our stay. Super close to bus routes as well so super easy to travel

The room is sparsely furnished but the kitchen is well equipped. If you take public transportation to the suite take #4 and avoid bus E at all cost. The walk from bus E is terrible. The management had mention this on its description.

The bed was comfortable. It was nice having a refrigerator in the room. Having a washer and dryer was very nice. However having to climb three flights of stairs was not nice. I do not remember the stairs listed when booking. The key pad on the door did not work and I had to spend at least 15 minutes on the phone getting instructions on how to open a lockbox to obtain a key to manually open the door. The pre register process was very involved. The trash can in the common area was full to overflowing. Finally the ten am check out time was inconvenient. The view from our room was fantastic.

Great if you just need a bed and a shower. Needed a deep clean. Affordable but IMO should have been cheaper for the level of standards. Customer service through messaging was good and prompt. All said, I probably would stay there again if money was tight.

The stay was altogether really nice. It was my first time staying in a shared situation like this, where the apartment has each room separately given out but the living room and kitchen are shared - it is an adjustment period, especially with the mixed bunch you could get (unlike a hostel where it's usually backpackers or international travellers). The room itself is pretty much self contained with a spacious and clean en suite, microwave, and a kitchen sink in the room - although the coffee machine didn't seem to be near an outlet on the countertop so I had to move it across the desk. All in all I enjoyed the stay, plus it is super close to all the tourist attractions (Space Needle, MOPOP, etc.).

The whole unit was very clean and appreciate all the amenities, shared living room area, fridge, and the toiletries that were provided. Great time spending my trip here, thank you! Host was very responsive and helpful. The bus was right across the street & helpful. If you do rent a car , street parking is hard to find unless you get lucky. But other than that, I really had a great experience at Harry Potter Suites!

Owners were so communicative and accommodating! Our room and bathroom was spotless and tidy. Front door and room entrance were safe and secure. Only trouble was parking and one outlet in the bathroom didn’t work but we had already been prepared from reading other reviews beforehand and found free parking for our whole stay and only were about a 4 minute walk away. The location was amazing we were able to walk or use Lime scooters into the downtown area for all of our activities! All around an unbeatable stay for the price! Would stay here again

I was kinda worried at first but everything turned out good. I was able to catch transportation easily but the parking is horrible it literally took me 30 mins to find a park and walk a good distance. I enjoyed all the amenities that were available and even caught a playoff game. Definitely will come back next time in Seattle.
