Great location- we were able to easily walk to a music show in Fremont. Room was clean and comfortable. Host not on site, but communication/info was great.
This place is in a beautiful area and easy to get around. It was very clean and cute. I loved waking up and looking at the forestry area across the street. Communication is top notch! I did have issues with the stairs, but that not their issue. I would recommend that if you are not a couple you get seperate rooms. Even then, it is cheaper than a hotel. I would stay there again!
I liked the cleanliness of the space, the shower was a favorite. Bed was also comfortable. My biggest issue with this area was the parking situation. We were warned ahead of time, which I appreciate, but we got a note left the morning we left, on our rental about where we parked the night before even though there was nowhere else to park. The room itself was a little cramped, but overall was alright. Great location because it's close to everything. Would recommend for a short stay.
Stayed for 2 nights while enjoying Seattle. Owner was very responsive and helpful. We did not personally use the kitchen area however it appeared to be well stocked with what would be needed to cook meals. We utilized Uber however we did see buses pass by so property is on a busline. Room was small but suited our purpose for the 2 nights. Bathroom in the room was very nice and the bed was super comfortable. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Would definitely stay again if ever back in the area.
The room was so clean and convenient. Only two problems were crossing sound through the wall quickly and almost hard, but not impossible, to find a parking spot.
But the room and services were wholly convenient and responsive. It was my first time getting checked in without the front desk and with the virtual one.
Some very minor hiccups not worth reporting. This place is of great value. Great property, interior and exterior with the most up-to-date renovations. CLEAN! Superb job of keeping premises tidy!
Little bit small size room but I'd gladly stay here than an extended stay.

We enjoyed our stay! The house is in a residential neighborhood, with frequent buses during the day to take you to downtown. Downstairs is a nice shared kitchen. Private rooms with attached private bathrooms are upstairs. Rooms are nicely furnished and very clean! On the small side but fits a couple just fine. Vince was a great host, very communicative and friendly over email. Note that they use an additional reservation process, so once you reserve you will need to respond to emails to sign contract, upload ID, pay cleaning fee and deposit, etc.
As noted in the listing, they are rooms, but it's important to know before you go: the walls are very thin, we heard someone coughing in the next room, so, do not expect privacy for conversations etc., two towels for two adults for five days, if you need more than that, bring them. Also, of note the dryer tripped the circuit breaker causing an "unfortunate" exchange with another guest at 11 am. Make sure you plan time to do laundry. The neighborhood itself was quaint and close to many great eating spots.
We lucked out & booked this spot on the day we stayed - it was in a lovely neighborhood with walkable food & beverage options & great people watching. A real community, so lovely! It's small but clean & comfortable. Everything we needed. The only thing I did not like was the online check in process - it was new to me & felt intrusive, especially as I was using my phone to complete it, all elements did not work (uploading the pics), & I was not expecting to have to spend time to complete it prior to arriving. I was frustrated, but Vince was very kind, patient & amenable & quickly responsive to my hesitation. Once I was convinced he was a real person I felt better & once we arrived to the house we were SO happy we chose this spot! Would absolutely stay again.
Stayed for about a week. The location was perfect as it was away from busy downtown but easily within driving and walking distance of stores, restaurants and other attractions. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The uphill streets made for a good workout. Parking in the area can be tough since it’s street parking, but free. Host responded quickly if I ever had any questions or comments. The free washer and dryer was a plus too. Would stay again.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
Important: This is a hostel, not a traditional Airbnb or hotel room. You are renting a very small private room with a bed, bathroom, and closet. I was under the impression there would also be a sofa, but there wasn’t.
Our biggest issue was the WiFi. I had to work during our trip, and there was almost no cell reception at the property. I texted the manager multiple times because the WiFi never worked. I was repeatedly told it was being worked on, maintained, or would be fixed, but it never worked during our stay. I ultimately had to spend 5–6 hours each day at a coffee shop just to work, taking away a huge portion of our limited time in Seattle before our cruise.
The walls are extremely thin, and we could hear neighbors walking, talking, blow-drying their hair, etc. We barely slept. When we asked for compensation, we were asked to prove the neighbors were loud. We were trying to sleep, not record people.
The room was extremely small (roughly 8×8), the TV didn’t work, the shared kitchen garbage was overflowing, parking is street parking only, and the shower had weak pressure and took forever to get hot.
I contacted Expedia for help with a refund/compensation and was told the manager would call me. Six hours later, we still hadn’t heard anything.
Now we’re just hoping our $200 deposit is returned. Thankfully, we took pictures showing the room was spotless and had no damage when we left.
Overall, too many issues for us to recommend staying here.
Overall super convenient and not too far out from downtown or other tourist spots. Bed and shower was amazing! The only negative was how thin the walls are as a light sleeper I could hear every voice and stomp at 3-4am so I was woken out of my sleep multiple times.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
This is definitely not a suite as stated, it is a small room with a bathroom. Very plain with really no character. More like a room in a boarding house. Not really walking distance to much of anything. I would not stay again
The place was fine for what is was -basically a hostel with private (lockable) bedrooms/bathrooms.
My biggest complaint was the lack of towels. My boyfriend and I stayed for 5 days, 4 nights - the room was provided with 2 towels in total and there is no option to get more.
