Birthday Weekend

When we rented High Point we wanted to make sure we were within walking distance to Seattle Chinese Garden/Astra Lumina. We were literally right across the street to the entrance of the Chinese Garden. The house was very clean and nicely done. Bed and pillows were very comfy 😌

Our stay at the high point guest house was very nice. The house was clean, neat and well appointed. There were plenty of towels and extra bedding. We were traveling with an elderly family member the only issue was the steep driveway in the rain.

Looking to be close to the city yet enjoy the quiet? This is the place to be! Close to a park, and several amenities...it was perfect! The place was very clean and we had lots of room for a family of 5 to spread out. It was nice having a washer dryer for clean clothes and a full sized kitchen to cook in. Owners were very easy to contat and talk to. Highly recommended!

Lovely home, lovely experience

This is a lovely home very carefully thought out to make guests feel welcome and well cared for. The owners are available by text to help if you have an issue (we did not but they promptly welcomed us when we told them we had arrived and told us to feel free to contact them anytime). The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views and both panoramic windows and a deck to enjoy them. We stayed with another couple for 2 nights. All four of us were very happy!

My family of 6 stayed here 2 nights and we have to say Wow! We were not sure when we pulled up and saw the outside. It's ok, but the nice surprise was the totally remodeled inside! They did such an amazing job on the remodel. All the appliances and furniture were very nice. Bathrooms were amazing-jetted shower with rain head in master along with heated mirrors. The beds were very comfy and soft and each room had its own AC. Nice outside balcony to relax and enjoy sunsets. I would definitely stay here again.

Safe 3 bd unit in Burien

The guest house is in a safe neighborhood near a local college and park. Top floor of a 3-story multi unit building. Lots of amenities included such as cooking utentils, TV and deck. Was perfect for a night between airport & cruise port. Most of unit is newly renovated. Area is safe, has one reserved parking spot & near to 7-11 and some local restaurants. We ordered food to the house with no problems. Only caveat is those afraid of heights might find the walkway and deck high up for their tastes.

This is a very nicely remodeled property in a quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable, and plenty of room to spread out with multiple people. Minor dislikes: -Being charged a per person rate when I am renting the entire place -Exterior lights not on motion sensors meaning bugs are attracted to the lights, along with spiders (and webs) to contend with getting to the front door, and when on the deck -I look for rentals that have places I can plug my non-Tesla plug-in hybrid (a normal 120v plug near the driveway would suffice for overnight charging)--this place is not one. -The fancy in-ceiling air conditioning in every room always seemed to be blowing directly at us, which was not pleasant
