"We immediately booked a hotel after arriving because we did not feel comfortable staying at the property. The home had multiple large carpet stains, a welcome mat with caked-on dirt, a loud water feature running without water, sketchy-looking basement windows, and an unpleasant odor. My wife was in tears at the thought of staying there. The property felt unsettling from the moment we arrived and did not match the impression created by the listing photos."

"Great home and great location to downtown Kirkland. I really appreciated the walk ability, privacy and dog friendly fenced in yard. We stayed two nights and extended our stay two nights to further avoid smoke/fires in the east. Check in was easy and owner was responsive. Kitchen had basic essentials. Kettle but no coffee pot. Yard/garden could use maintenance but again, great for dog. Note that bedrooms are upstairs."

"This rental is in a great location. Walk to downtown Kirkland, the waterfront, bars/restaurants and the grocery store. Great central location for travelers. The house is very well appointed with everything you need."
