「We immediately booked a hotel after arriving because we did not feel comfortable staying at the property. The home had multiple large carpet stains, a welcome mat with caked-on dirt, a loud water feature running without water, sketchy-looking basement windows, and an unpleasant odor. My wife was in tears at the thought of staying there. The property felt unsettling from the moment we arrived and did not match the impression created by the listing photos.」

「Nobody told us the House was as close to heavy Traffic I-405. The deck and the big Garden couldn’t be used.No toaster and no boiler were available from the beginning. The owner bought them next morning.Positives were the friendliness and the help of the owner Shawn.」
