「Great unit! Spacious and clean. We were able to have the best family mini vacay sharing tons of laughs and memories. I believe it is family owned, which is a bonus for us. We even crossed paths with the grandmother who was very kind and accommodating. The only downside was that the neighborhood looked a bit rough in the harsh light of day. However, we only encountered polite neighbors and an adorable doggo next door.」

「My wife and I spent a long weekend here. The apartment had plenty of room, was nicely decorated. The kitchen contained everything we needed to cook a full meal (which we did not). The bed is very comfortable. Ride service to downtown averaged $25. It was perfect.」

「Came in for the CCM World Invite hockey tournament which was spread across 3 arenas across the city. The property was a great location and easy access to those arenas. Our host was great. Very responsive and made our visit enjoyable.」

「The property was perfect for our Chicago visit. It is large and clean, and just as described. We were able to walk from the property to Lincoln Park, access the Lakeshore Trail, and even walked all the way to the museums and attractions downtown. We had two cars so parking in the evening for a second car without a second permit was tricky, but we found a spot with some patience. We were concerned about the location next to the El, but it was fine. We would happily return for our next visit....

Entry gate to Wrigley across street, right next door to brand new DraftKings Sportsbook. Starbucks and iconic bars a short walk away. Car not necessary and better without due to parking limitations.」

「I never actually got to stay at this location. I purchased this place in May and the day of arrival the HOST canceled on us. We were 9 hrs from home, I had made multiple attempts to reach the host and she never responded to me. I would not trust using this place or the host. When I called VRBO, they noted she had been active on her acct. several times within the last few weeks. This is not a person she is a scammer. Best of luck to those who take the chance. I should have read the reviews...

「We loved our stay in Old Town! Close to many fabulous restaurants and bars. Live music in the evenings. Short walk to Magnificent Mile or short Lyft ride to south end museums. This condo was very clean and quiet. Plenty of space for our adult family of 7!」

「Enjoyed our (3 couples) stay around an event at the Salt Shed and a game at Wrigley. House is clean and very nice. Great location for shopping. Also convenient for Wrigley Field (L-train or under 3 mile walk/Uber). Had some A/C issues, but owner was very responsive to address. Would stay here again.」

「The home felt exactly as listed. Check in instructions were clear. Overall it was a great, clean, and comfortable stay. Just a note that you can very clearly hear the upstairs neighbor (they weren't loud or disruptive at all, just something to keep in mind if that might bother you.)」

「My stay at the Luv Happy House was the perfect getaway for my birthday. The house looks exactly like it is listed which is so beautiful! I loved everything about this place nd the host was very responsive, even when i called her at 11:00pm because I had a hard time finding the place.
