「Front desk and guest service staff were unfriendly and upon coming to the reception desk for check-in, they were looking down at the computer and were not happy to assist, even one of the staff said she was sending a message to her dentist...the guest service staff was just so rude. I regret that I made the booking with Kimpton as never had a such experience at any other hotels I stayed in the past 30 years and even it became a negative impression of San Francisco..」
