"Hotel is clean. Bed is comfy and good size for two people. Room is also decent size for Tokyo. Staff are super kind and helpful. Hotel is in a quiet and convenient area but walking distance to all the fun locations. It is also right beside the subway entrance. Highly recommend. I would stay here again. "

"They kept our room clean daily, gave us water in room, nice bathroom amenities, 7-Eleven downstairs, nice restaurants…the staff was helpful in helping with luggage forwarding. Beautiful view of Tokyo Metropolitan Government building also! I’d stay here again :)"

"The staff at this hotel are fantastic. This includes hotel staff and restaurant staff. Room was clean and had everything you need. The food at the restaurant was very good. It is very close to the Tokyo Metropolitan Building which has a viewing area on the 45th floor and a light show every night. A must see when in the area. It is located about 15-20 minutes from Shinjuku station so walking to and from the station with luggage was a bit of a struggle. However you could take a taxi if walking that distance with all your luggage is difficult.They said they were doing renovations on the building a there would be noise but we heard nothing. There is a bakery in the lobby that was always busy. Would recommend this hotel is you want to stay in a quieter area of Shinjuku."
