"This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was so small that two people could not walk past the bed at the same time. I wonder if we got this awful room because we used Expedia. The people at the front desk were so very rude. If you happen to get in the wrong line to ask a question, you get a very snide remark in return. We love NYC and visit here every year. We will never stay here again."

"The room has definitely seen better days. There were rips in the carpet, stains on the sheets, stains on the chair and the bathroom could have used a deep clean. Bathroom mirror was actually scary. All service was outstanding with the exception of the front desk. "

"Staff was very nice. Room service kept me stocked with towels and rags. The room overall was OK. It was clean, but it was not up-to-date so it still has that old look but it was OK for something last minute. There’sBut Everyone across the street pricing is ridiculous though."

"A great hidden gem especially for those traveling on a budget. NYC has great restaurants but that can get expensive so the cooking facilities are a tremendous asset. The patio, bar/ lounge, pool table are all great amenities"
