"The bathroom tub was dated and the paint was chipping. The chalking under the sink looked horrible. The rooms need a refresh."

"The staff is what makes the hotel. Everyone is great and helpful. The hotel itself is a bit dark. Would have preferred better ambient lighting. Our suite was huge by NY standards. They need complementary coffee in the room or lobby. "

"First off the room needs to be updated, BADLY! Also, the door to get into the shower was only about a foot wide. I’m a bigger guy and had to force my body through the damn shower. Absolutely HORRIBLE stay experience. "
