"Im not the one to leave reviews unless I absolutely think it would help other guests. The condition of the room was deplorable. The bathroom was 2x2 and no space to even accommodate a toothbrush and I am not exaggerating. The carpet looked dirty and smelled old. Staff was friendly, good location but i would not go back to this hotel. I recommend you look around for other properties that are renovated or more modern. I hope this helps. "

"Room was as expected - small but clean. Bag check was excellent. Only complaint was the elevators. Inadequate for the number of guests the hotel hold. You need to allow 15-20 minutes to take the elevators each time. We were on the 25th floor and we often had to wait for multiple lifts to pass before squeezing into one. They are extremely slow and if you were on a lower level you would be waiting even longer. So either request a lower floor and use the stairs, or request a level higher than 25th!"

"Waiting too long for elevators, room keys always deactivated, staffs can be more helpful and friendly. Our room has no hand soap, no bath mat. Room facing street was pretty noisy. Good breakfast with options. There are free waters n chips at reception daily. "

"They have the hotel full and only one elevator works. Not enough staff and the phone in the room doesn’t not work. You can call and no one will pick up. Terrible experience. "

"Clean quiet room (no street view), roomier than some, staff attentive and helpful, good elevators. Lighting could been better designed: lobby and hallway rather dark, no light over desk area. Would have enjoyed morning coffee availability, outlet/charger closer to bedside table."
