「Fantastic location. Spacious clean room. Very accommodating - I requested for a baby crib which they said they didn’t have initially but when I got there, it was there. Always kept an eye on the guests and would check in to see if everything was ok. I asked for late checkout on the day and they gave it to us without additional charge. The downsides were… 1. 「The apartment is amazing and it’s the perfect location. Giving it a four because I tried to reach out prior to our stay about leaving our bags early. There was no response. Also, we were notified upon arrival that there would be no hot water for the entirety of our stay, without any advance warning. 」
