"Chelsea Inn is what it is. It feels more like a boarding house that’s been turned into a petit POD hotel. The security codes are initially confusing but the front desk lady was very nice and helpful. It has no elevator so it can get a little noisy at times with people marching up and down- don’t bring a heavy suitcase. I felt quite safe. The location is great for shopping and dining."

The location is in Koreatown, which means the nights don't feel dangerous as you're coming in to the lobby, and the mornings are not too busy as you're heading out."
