Hotel staff was amazing. Room clean and ambience is beautiful. Text you back to the Renaissance with all the pictures of people of the Renaissance pure black excellence. The restaurant on premises of Victoria is beautiful and the food and drinks are great as well.

This was my second time staying at Renaissance. I loved the cleanliness of the hotel, how quiet my floor was especially considering I was by the elevator. My bathroom ceiling started leaking and I called the front desk to report it. I got a little push back from the receptionist but someone came immediately and rectified the situation. I appreciated the letter which offered additional assistance. I’d definitely stay here again as it is in a convenient location for me and has a cute lounge area w good food, music and drinks!

The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was clean, except for a top shelf in the closet. It was dusty, but you had to be tall as I am to see the dust. Also I had to turn of the heat at night as the system is very noisy; a real deterrent to sleep. Ice maker on my floor was empty for two days or out of order. I will still return to the Renaissance again. Great Location

We had noisy neighbors, but they settled down after a bit. It was an enjoyable stay. It is our second time staying here and the staff has been tremendous both times.
