"Super nice room! Area is more business-like that i would like. Very close to subway stations, there is a 7-Eleven right on. the bottom of the building and a nice coffee shop. "

"We stayed here on our last night in Tokyo simply because of it's proximity to Tokyo Station. The room itself was clean, but SUPER SMALL. If you have big luggage, be aware. Luckily, our big luggage was never opened since it was nicely packed for our trip home. If we had stayed here for more days, it would've made the tight space even tighter. The staff was helpful. The breakfast buffet was good, but nothing to brag about."

"Clean room with ample space. We stayed in a double room which was nice. Cleanliness was exception. We also had enough space for 2x medium sized luggage. It has a very clean, spacious communal area with free snacks and drinks during certain times. It is in a very convenient location as well. It was not our first visit to Tokyo and our main aim was to do a bit of shopping and eating. I don't think we travelled out of 1km from our hotel - everything we need was nearby! Breakfast spread was okay and standard, which was sufficient. No "wow" factor in comparison to other boutique/ smaller hotels I've been in Japan. Also breakfast spread was on the ground floor and the dining area was on the first floor - so you will need to either take the elevator or go up a flight of stairs. I would personally give it a miss and have breakfast outside of the hotel."

"Small rooms but spotless! TV has Netflix and Prime for streaming your account. Restaurant is fantastic for breakfast buffet. Ginza Line subway is right under the hotel. The staff was exceptional. I had a great stay."

"very clean, comfortable room. The area is great for walking, shopping, eating and taken the Shinkansen at Tokyo Station. There are lots of metro lines near by so it's easy to move around Tokyo. "

"Tiny rooms and the "queen" bed was not as large as US queen beds. But nice enough hotel with a great location if you want to be near the train station. Convenient for luggage storage."

"The hotel is located close to Tokyo Station, making it easily walkable to and from the hotel. We did have our large luggage delivered (great service) for a nominal fee, so only had carry-on bag/backpacks. The 16th floor lobby has beautiful views of the city, including Tokyo Tower. The rooms are located in the ascending floors from there. They're well appointed but smaller overall. They could use a bit more space for laying out luggage, which can get tricky with multiple pieces. While there was a small closet, the room had a king size bed, so a little give and take. The hotel felt secure making it easy to leave belongings behind without worry while sightseeing, etc. It's definitely more in the business district, but felt comfortable enough for touring. We were unable to try the restaurant for dinner due to a child age minimum. We did try the breakfast buffet which offered Japanese dishes (i.e., miso soup, dim sum) along with a crepe station & traditional eggs, etc. Everything was temperature appropriate and very tasty. I would definitely consider staying here in the future, and enjoyed this one."
