「安全で安心なホテル」

「チェックイン時に、「部屋が出来次第携帯電話にテキストを送る」と言われたのに全く連絡がなかった。過去に10回ほど宿泊しているが、サービスが低下している気がする。 ビーチスタッフやルーフトップのスタッフ、そして毎回笑顔で迎えてくれるドアのスタッフ、ハウスカーのドライバーは全員素晴らしいが、フロントサービスを改善する必要を感じる。 部屋は電源アウトレットやUSBから充電できる箇所がたくさんあり、非常に良い。 プールには日焼け止めやデトックスウォーターのサーバーがあり非常に良い。」

「The view is incredible and furniture is comfy. Construction happening next door but did not really disrupt us at this stage of construction. Our negatives, based on other VRBO stays, there was not any laundry soap or coffee/tea for the machine. 」

「Our stay was ok. We had a great time in town and we were very close to south beach, which was awesome. It was great that we had front desk to call daily. However, the pictures are not realistic. The pictures are definitely a bit photoshopped. The ocean is absolutely not front and center. There’s a large construction site right outside the window banging daily and the ocean is hidden in the corner very far away. There is a very small tv in the living room area and no tvs in the rooms. Wash cloths...

「The pictures were accurate. The views of the ocean were beautiful. The building was a little aged. The unit smelled a little musty. Unit was very fairly priced. There was convenient access to the beach and a mile walk from other busy areas along Miami Beach.」
