"The hotel was very clean, rooms were big, and the location was great for walkable restaurants and museums. The pool was refreshing and also well kept, though towels were slim picking as were lounge chairs. Water pressure was amazing. There's a cheaper parking lot next door, nearly half the price fyi. Rittenhouse square is a quick walk away. Food options would be the main thing that was lacking IN the building but so much around us it didn't matter. All in All, would stay here again. The price and value were well worth it."

"Our stay was HORRIBLE! We had to Pay for parking after spending over $500 for our stay. When we arrived to check in Our room was given away due to the Hotel OVERBOOKING so we had to settle for a Queen room which we did not Reserve. We always had issues getting in and out of the parking lot as the Gates NEVER WORKED with our room key! Ice machine was broken! WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS PROPERTY AGAIN!!!"

"Hotel was absolutely disgusting. Walked in the door to a wall of weed stench. Took 15 minutes waiting for front desk staff to unlock door to get into lobby for check in. Floors were sticky and disgusting throughout hotel. Got into room to the smell of mold and mildew. Broken fixtures and outdated. 10/10 would not recommend."

"First for the Pros: Great location Clean Staff very accommodating But... Cons: Room very small, not even a desk Snack machine, as described in the amenities list, does not exist And the worst issue: If you come with a car, prepare to pay Almost double for your accommodations: The hotel does not have parking so they have an agreement with the parking garage across the street (William Penn House) That is $50 for one night stay. They neglected to tell you that the garage count each night stay as two (2)! days. On top of that, they claim the agreement was $55 (although the ticket clearly say $50) so one night stay in the hotel cost an additional $110 (!!!) for parking. So between the scam the parking garage run and the inability of the hotel to accommodate parking for its guests, I suggest you find another hotel."
