Very disappointing experience. I requested a baby crib when I made the booking and again at check-in, when I was told it would be delivered to the room within a few minutes. Three hours later, it still hadn’t arrived. When I called reception, I was told there was no record of the request, so I had to ask for it a third time before it was finally delivered.
Even worse, the comforter had a large stain on it that looked like coffee or possibly blood, and the sheets did not appear clean either. I had to call again to request clean bedding. Cleanliness and basic requests like a baby crib should not be an issue at a hotel.
