Everyone was helpful, friendly and quick. Rooms were lovely and clean. Restaurants were nice- loved Bistecca. Valet parking that was included was efficient and convenient especially when we had a snowstorm and we did not have to dig a car out and clean it. Would definitely go back again.
Our room wasn't ready (we did arrive early ( I mentioned that my son was having surgery the next day and wanted to rest. He moved us into an upgraded room at the same rate that was ready!
It was well situated for seeing the attractions of central Philadelphia. It was easy to walk to locations like the Philadelphia Museum of Art

The entrance is tucked away next to the bar, but reception food, staff pleasant including the doormen. The bar area was busy, plenty of people eating things they’d brought in from outside! The room we had was an upgraded one on the 32nd floor, excellent beds and furniture. Club room for breakfast ...
